ArcPro not letting me save field view

While in field view I turn off/on certain fields, however when I go to save this change it doesn't let me.

Then when I try to exit from the field view tab I see this.

Is there another way to turn off and on field visibility?

Mine are grayed out too but I apparently still have unsaved feature edits. I checked and I cannot see anything that would be unsaved.

Any other possible issues I am missing?

Using Version 3.1. Still seems like a bug and/or something that could be improved upon.  I saved all edits and and the 'edit save' button was greyed out...and I was having issues as everyone else here in not being able to save edits to the fields.
