Hello and thank you for you time. I have gotten a request to specifically use the Homeland Security Working Group symbology going forward in a project. I am trying to create a Style that consists of the HSWG symbology to facilitate this. I was able to find the old .ttf file download that would have worked for ArcMap, however ArcPro does not use ttf files for symbology. How could I go about transferring this into a readable format for ArcPro? Below are the links to the file source and an old Esri documentation for how to use it in ArcMap.

Thank you for your time.

You should be able to create the style in ArcGIS Desktop. Then if it is saved to to a style file you can import that style file into ArcPro.

NAPSIG is an organization focused on emergency management and they also have incident response symbol sets so this might be another option to check out.
