ArcGIS Pro takes 20 minutes to startup

ArcGIS Pro takes 20 minutes to startup and can not figure out how to fix it.  Should I reinstall?

I have enabled the "Create a backup when the project has unsaved changes" option. I am accessing a data saved in a network drive, where can I find the backup for this one?

I am trying to troubleshoot latency issue when accessing files in a network drive in ArcGIS Pro.

@ArnieWaddell1  I have similar issue. Could you be more specific with the Add-on - was it an ESRI add on or Windows Add on? Where did you find the Add on that slows the ArcGIS Pro?
