On Windows 10, ArcGIS Pro 1.2. It attempts to check for software update for like 15 minutes and then says unable to connect to update server. I am logged into organizational account.
Also none of the Basemap layers load at all.
It used to work. Only thing I can think of is that maybe Windows 10 and some security stuff is screwing it up?

Interesting. I'm seeing this too within my Esri Ed Services Org login as well. If I go to add a basemap, Pro returns with the line "No Basemaps Available." I can access the Basemaps through the Project Pane Portal (i.e. cloud) but not from the tabs. I've contacted the Pro Team internally to make them aware of this.
The cloud doesn't even work either for me though in terms of the basemap layers.
Edit: Actually it appears to have been due to Kaspersky. I got 1.3 and it is now functional.
