Hi! Regardless of Esri stating that ArcGIS Pro will not work in Macs with Silicon chips (M1 and M2). There are reports that it does in fact work very well (e.g. here and here).

I can confirm that it does work on my MacBook Air M2 with Parallels 18, Windows 11 ARM and after installing the latest .NET Framework 6.0.16.

However, I had to start the image file from the Finder (not Explorer!) in oder to the drive to be mounted. Then I was able to start installation of ArcGIS Pro 3.1.0. Works fine!

Hope this helps!

Uninstall your current version of 3.0/3.1.  Revert back to version 2.9. Should work.  I  also have the same Macbook Pro M2 setup.  Make sure to install patch 2.95, otherwise your system will crash whenever you update layer symbology.
