In ArcGIS PRO 3.4.2 - when I want to open an attribute table of a layer, ArcGIS Pro crashes.

Can you provide anymore information? Have you closed, opened, and tried again? What type of layer? What type of data source? How many features? Brand new project or an old existing one?
You could try clearing ArcGIS Pro's cache and/or using the integrated Diagnostic Monitor to investigate further.

I want to open the attribute tabel from an enterprise geodatabase feature class or shp-file.
I tried to close, reopen en try again, but everytime my arcgispro is crashing.
No big datasets, only a few features. Brand new project and old one.
Also would check for any crash dump files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\ESRI\ErrorReports
and Windows event viewer.
Do you have a Join on the Feature Class by chance? If so, remove the join and see if the behavior persists.
