I bought a new computer, with 16 GB of memory, Geforce RTX 2060 video card, to work with ARCGIS pro 2.7, for which I have a one-year subscription. I installed the program but when I want to work with RASTER files the program gives an error message. In the attached file I put a print screen of the error message I receive. How can I solve this problem?
what format is the raster in e.g. (.tif, .asc, within an FGDB)? does it have the correct extension in the filename etc.? Can't really see the root cause from that just error message.
supported raster formats

supported by the Image Analyst

Then there are others for netCDF, voxels and other things.
If you can narrow down the source of your data, it may simplify what is needed to read the file
If the native raster is in an unsupported format, you can use the Data Interoperability extension to import it into a format that ArcGIS can understand. You can learn more about the tool here.
