I'm new to Pro. I'm trying to import mxd files but Arc Pro Crashes. My fellow employee at the next can import mxd's without crashing. We are using the same Organizational license and trying to import the same maps.
If your colleague can import one of your mxd's, then you may have a bad install.
Use Windows Add/Remove programs, select Remove, then Repair to see if the install can be fixed.
Try the same process as yourself on another computer to rule out a profile issue.
Just solved this problem for us (at v2.8.3) by setting a different graphics card.
