Definition Query window: Show full comparison operator by default

When I open the Definition Query window, the comparison operator pick-list value gets truncated:

I could click the pick-list or resize the window to see the full comparison operator name. But I think it would be better if it were displayed in full by default.

Could the pick-list or window be widened by default to show the full comparison operator?

Seeing there are so many other 'ideas' regarding the def query interface/utility, I'm going to try to piggy back and add another one.....

When creating a new def query right now, it gets added below the existing ones by default, which means that newer def queries get 'pushed down'....I think it should be the opposite way....New definition queries would appear above existing one, 'pushing' the older ones down
