When I try to index a field in the parcel fabric, I get an error saying I do not have the correct permissions. What permissions are required?
I'm doing this because I have some edits to make o our parcel data, that require a join. The join has been extremely slow and unwieldy, and I think part of that is that one of the join fields is not indexed.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
