Why do different feature services display differently when viewing the Fields list on the Data tab?

I've noticed this before, and whilst it's not a drastic problem, I'd still like to know what causes this behavior. I have 2 feature services in ArcOnline, and when I go to the Data tab and view Fields list, I get 2 different layouts.

Never mind - just figured out that the "View" setting on one was "Table" and the other was "List". Rookie mistake.
