Unable to update data attributes

I am unable to update data attributes on a Feature Layer that I own.

I am trying to use .csv files to update attributes on existing features in the Layer. I've tried both from the "Overview" page clicking on the "Update data" button and that in the "Data" page, but both will only let me add new features in this way. Other options are grayed out.

I have checked the settings and by all my accounts, editing is enabled for attributes. How can I bulk update data? I've easily done this in the past.

I've tried this on the latest Firefox and Chrome browsers.

The reason you can only add new features is because "Enable sync" is enabled on the feature layer settings page. You will need to disable it in order for the "update features" button to be selectable when updating the feature layer.

Thanks for pointing the potential problem. Unfortunately, I am unable to change that setting in AGOL portal as it is greyed out (see screenshot in original post). I have since removed the layer from all FieldMaps and offline FieldMaps to try and address the issue, but I am still not able to change that setting on the Feature Layer.

I tried to replicate your exact same settings to see if I could get it to not allow me to disable sync, but no matter what I do, it allows me to disable it. So I'm not sure why it won't let you disable it.
