Unable to Setup OpenID Connect Login

I'm following the guidance provided to configure OpenID connect with Cognito at this (Set up OpenID Connect logins—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation)

I successfully added the OpenID Connect Login the first time round. However, I had some configuration issues. I found that I was unable to edit the configuration so I deleted the OpenID Connect Login configuration.

Now, I'm find that I'm unable to add an OpenID Connect Login event though I'm using the same values. Instead, I encounter this.

There isn't much to go on. I created another User Pool in Cognito to test but to no avail. Has anyone encountered this before?

Having similar issue, I have submitted a case with ESRI.  Will update you if I find a solution.

In case this helps, I found you have to include the "https://" as part of your URLs, even though it looks like this is included for you. Once the login is created, you'll need to edit the URLs each time you want to save a change to the login settings.
