A note for UK colleagues.
In the UK we are lucky enough to have a public sector agreement in place with the Ordnance Survey meaning we have access to a number of high quality basemaps, services, and datasets. We also have access to a stack of services provided, in partnership with the public sector agreement, by a third party supplier.
As of the latest update, the ability to print from a WMTS basemap has been lost. Any resulting output is blank with only the added data and template outlines being shown. We use the OS MasterMap Topography base as an organisational default.
This will be raised as a support call later today once I get through some of the other issues.
PS - 5 credits per custom template print is a little excessive for a service!
Hi @JonathanMcD Thank you for sharing this. I tested with another WMTS layer as a basemap in Map Viewer and was able to print successfully. The Support Ticket should help isolate and narrow down the specific reproduction details.
Hey Jonathan just gave this a test with an OS service and didn't see any issues, perhaps there is something specific to the custom template that is triggering this.
I'll keep an eye out for the case when it comes in.
Many thanks,
David
