New Licensed Subscriber

Just subscribed with ARCGIS Pro Basic and used to have the ability to publish content/services (Web Hosted Layers) and now it errors anytime I try to publish with a very vague "There was an Error Publishing the Service". Not sure what is going on but I was told my license included Hosted Web Layers.

Is there something else I have to set here?  Anything would be helpful

Yes I had the 500 credits added, right now I'm sitting at 497 credits. Now I just got my license on Friday so not sure if something has to process more, so maybe I just have to wait till Tuesday.  So that seems odd because I have all functionality in the rest of ArcGIS pro

Yeah sorry dude. That's bizarre. Hopefully just a delay to it all getting fully setup. Fingers crossed it kicks in soon, or somebody else on here can provide a solution
