Need to upload GeoSpatial files on my account on ESRI(ArcGIS) using JavaScript program

Hi Team,

We know how to do the manual upload on the ArcGIS platform, added a screenshot for reference.

Now we are looking to upload GeoSpatial files i.e. GeoJSON, Shape, and other files using a JavaScript program.

We followed multiple tutorials but have not gotten any luck so far. 
Are there any specific steps defined? so we can follow to upload programmatically.
