My Location button

How can I get the My Location button to show up on my current maps? It used to be an automatic thing. Now I can't find a setting for it.

On this map there is a My Location button nest to the home button. Where did this go in the current map viewer?

You can find it in the Map tools menu:

from what I can tell, that tool does not show the location of your device. That tool  gives you the X,Y coordinates of where your mouse is on the map. I want to see the location of my device. When I'm in the field, the device would be my phone. That way I can see where I am on the map.

If you go into the field maps app you'll see the button there even though you don't see it on your computer. It will automatically be there in field maps. You can also create an EXB and enable this ability as well.
