Map Viewer Analysis Error Will not let me choose Layer

Hello, the new map viewer analysis tools are not letting me select my point layer to run drive time buffers on. When I click on the +Layer button, a strange box with two dots in the middle of it appears on the map. Please see below screenshots - the first shows the strange box with dots in the middle of the map and the second shows that when I try to estimate credits, the map viewer still hasn't allowed me to select my point layer and errors out:

Hey Kara, what type o layer is the proposed community center?

a point hosted feature service. I pulled in other layers to try and see if that would make a difference and it didn't.

Thank you for asking this question--I am getting a very similar issue and it seems to happen with all the tools.

This is an issue regarding the latest chrome update and one of the frameworks we use. We are working on a fix that will go out with the upcoming release. We have a bug that can be tracked here: BUG-000158878
