Label render problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with dashboards when display labels. The labels on the web map( classic) displays correctly as below:

however when I add the map to a dashboards, it is displayed as below. The text is not rendered properly as in the map:

Does any one have any idea how to fix this issue?
