How to turn on selected fields at a time for all feature classes in ArcGIS 10.4.1

Hi Friends,

I have attached for gdb & image for your reference. How to turn on selected fields at a time for all feature classes in ArcGIS 10.4.1. if it's possible please help me. Any arcpy code available.

below is an image showing the fields available for all feature classes.

Example see the below red color mention for required fields.
