Feature Service is invisible in ArcGIS.com but not ArcGIS Explorer Online

I've added several feature services to My Content.  When any of these feature services are added to an ArcGIS.com map they are invisible.  They are in the table of contents, and their characteristics can be changed (transparency, pop-up, etc.).  But nothing will make them visible.  I'm using the latest browsers (Chrome, Firefox).  I've tried from different computers with the same result.  Interestingly, when the feature services are opened in ArcGIS Explorer Online everything is fine.  What's going on?

Not an error, it's just that our maps don't display AT ALL in the ArcGIS.com map viewer. It just shows a blank online viewer page.

As I said before, this is ONLY an issue since we started our ArcGIS online subscription last week.

Please help us get this resolved ... otherwise we will need to go back to our individual ArcGIS online accounts which did function correctly in both ArcGIS Explorer Online and in the ArcGIS.com map viewer.

I am unable to see the map via your URL as your site doesn't allow anonymous access. I get challenged to sign in. What error are you seeing? I'm not sure why you can't see the layer.

Can you try sharing your Willamalane Parks OpenStreets map with your organization as well?

In the sharing options there is the ability to share to the Public and within the Organization. If you check both options, do the links you reference above work?

Both maps on our home page were already shared with the organization as well as the groups ... it doesn't make any difference - nothing displays with the new URLs.

A colleague also reports to me today that "I tried logging into my account yesterday to make a new map, and I could only see blank templates. I couldn't do anything. Something's really messed up with ArcGIS online..."

Do I need to contact support directly? Nothing has worked since we activated our subscription to ArcGIS online.

I had the same problem.

I use internet explorer. I solved it by adding *maps.arcgis.com under Internet options > connections > Lan settings > advanced > exceptions

I hope it will help you
