Enable comments and like in Reporter Instant App

Sharing and editing on all layers have been enabled and I have created fields with appropriate string and numerical field types for comments and likes, but STILL, I cannot enable (toggle) the Comments and Likes in the Reporter App. Any help would be appreciated!

@mhasinoff  Your Comments table must be a related table - with a relationship published from Desktop/Pro.

I am also having trouble with this. Even after following the videos from Esri Canada, I still can't see my numLikes or numDislikes fields offered to me.

I was unable to enable the Like and Dislike options until I changed the Data Type of my feature class from Double to Short. After overwriting the layer from Pro, these options are now available in the Reporter builder.

Any idea how I could implement the Like function as implemented in the Reported app in an AGOL experience builder app I.e. not developer addition?
