I created a dashboard using a hosted feature service. I put a simple gauge showing the count of polygons within the visible extent. I also configured a map action to make the gauge dynamic. Interestingly, the value of the gauge is changing when I zoom out on the same area.

The visibility of the layer is from World to Room. In other words, the range covers all scales. So, the polygons don't disappear at all.
I'm really curious whether it's a bug or I'm doing something wrong. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
