Custom aggregated symbol not showing up on PDF

I have a map that I've used the aggregation feature on to cluster some geographic coordinates within a certain radius. It look fantastic on the web viewer, but when I go to print to PDF, it defaults back to the symbol used for single locations. (Worse yet, it retains the Y offset for the label, so it's completely off kilter!)

Is this just a Map Viewer thing? Am I asking too much of the app? 🤔 Thank you-

This could be an issue with the print service. I would recommend creating a sample map and logging a support ticket for this case.
