I've been working in ArcGIS Online for 9 years, and this has never happened.  I just tried to run an analysis (enrich layer with one data set from Living Atlas), and received an error message that my credit threshold had been reached, that the threshold was 100 credits, and I couldn't run the analysis.  Whatt?????  I often run analyses that take up to 3,000 credits, and this has never happened.  I have not changed any settings on my account.  The only possible difference - I was doing this in the new MapViewer rather than the older version.  

Please help!

Can you now go to the Members tab to the right of the Overview tab and see what Credits remaining says for you.  Send a screenshot of that page as well.

@MichaelVolz - i think nearly all the tools that consume credits have this 'estimate credits' button at the bottom of the tool dialogue, at one time i think you couldn't even run a tool without checking that, though I'm not sure that is true any more. This also shows up in ArcGIS Pro when you use tools that consume service credits, it shows up a little differently but its pretty obvious.

did you check the number of credits your enrichment was possibly going to cost? if it was greater than the 2400 you have remaining, that is the issue.

clt_cabq: Can you provide the steps needed to see an estimate of the credits needed to run the enrichment process?

It was going to be about 120 credits.

Do you have ESRI tech support as it appears you should be able to perform this enrichment based on all the information that you have provided?

Hi @SuzanneLeckert , 

Have you tried looking at the Analysis settings in Map Viewer? To confirm, open the Analysis pane >> click on Analysis settings, to check the Crediting section.

Do you happen to have the option to Apply credit threshold enabled?

If you have credit budgeting enabled in your org, then all webmaps in Map Viewer will come with a default credit threshold of 100, to prevent folks from running analysis that ends up costing them way more credits than intended.
It is just a warning though, and you should still be able to run your analysis by clicking on the Proceed button. Note that as I read it, I agree that it's not super obvious that that is the case.

You can turn off this check or set the threshold to a much higher value in your webmap if you'd like by going to Analysis > Analysis Settings (at the bottom of the home tab) > Crediting
