I wonder if you can help me to know if this function i am looking for is available or not.
In my front end web interface , I want to select a specific feature from a list (reading items from table1 with polygons). is it possible to make ArcSDE check if this selected feature is intersecting with any features from table2 , and to generate the shapes of the intersected sections (in case they exist) and load them into a third table3? so I can view these intersections on a map later on.
In case such feature exist, what is the function name that I should explore to use in my coding?
