Cannot add existing locator to AGOL

I'm trying to add a what3words locator to AGOL using the instructions in the link below but the option to 'add from existing locator' is greyed out. Any ideas why

The issue was that I hadn't shared the locator with my organization so AGOL could find no suitable locators and the option was inactive
