Have been using ArcGIS online for quite some time, publishing hundreds of services, in this instance the service details indicate 2Mb of data in the service, the symbology is apparent in the legend view;  Have tried republishing & overwriting the existing service, there is no data in the feature table?  This is not the largest data set we have published or the most complicated.

I'd be interested to see if anyone else is able to view the data and has suggestions as to how to rectify?

Here are a few things that seemed to help me: 1. Turning off "Enable Edit Tracking". 2. Make sure extents of data frame includes all your points. 3. If you set a definition query make sure that field is on when you publish. 4. Sometimes if I wait for later in the day or the next day it works fine.

We just had an issue with a particular layer in a feature service not publishing.   We found that the symbology  field was not populated somehow.  We simply re-input the field appropriate for symbology, saved project, closed the project and reopened.  Service published.
