I am having trouble accessing ArcGIS Notebook in my organization AGOL account. I keep getting the Loading screen and not much else. Please see the attached screenshot.
Hey unfortunately we won't be able to tell much from this. I would recommend checking the network console (F12 should open this on your browser) and see if you get any error codes when trying to load the page.
It might also be worth reassigning your permissions for notebooks to see if this resolves the problem.

I had the same problem with our Hub Premium org that didn't have any hosted services. I finally figured out that I had to create an empty hosted service in order to initialize the service hive. After that, I was able to access the Notebook page.
