I have a map (and associated Feature Layer) shared with an individual group in my organization. I decided to expand the scope of this map to my whole organization, so both items are checked on in "Sharing". It appears that when we do this, the entire organization can see the web map using ArcGIS Online, which is as intended. However, on Collector on the staff's iPhones, they cannot see the Map on Collector, even though it's shared with the entire organization. Those in the group are the only ones that can see it on Collector. Is this by design?
