Hello!
We like to keep up with ArcGIS Blogs here using the RSS feed. In fact, it's the best indicator of major product updates and we like to keep informed both for new features but to be prepared for changes.
For months I've been using a Microsoft Power Automate flow, which will ping the RSS feed: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/feed/?post_type=blog
For the last month it is failing! Did Esri change something? Encoding of characters is extremely important and it looks like something isn't formatted right? Can Esri team please look into this? Your RSS is virtually down for us until this encoding issues is fixed. Again, this worked perfectly fine for the last few months.

Here is the standard RSS connector that works with every well-defined RSS and is used by millions of people. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/rss/
Hi,
I have this issue too - and Power Automate has now suspended my feeds. I find this really useful for keeping track of what's new - please fix it!
Hello, this feed doesn't seem to work anymore...
Please Esri, fix it !
I'm seeing this issue too. We have an RSS feed connector in Teams and it's really useful having the latest posts show up there and then users can comment on them or tag them for others to see. Ours hasn't updated since the 13th November and I thought it was related to Microsoft retiring connectors as per this article https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/retirement-of-office-365-connectors-within-microsoft-....
I had set up a flow in Teams to access the feed but this hasn't been triggered once so assume as others have said, it's an issue with the RSS feed itself. If someone could Esri could look into this please it would be very much appreciated. I might ask our customer manager to see if they can find out anything about it too.
I've logged a call with ESRI UK.
Thanks for logging this with us Sarah, we will raise this with the relevant team and try to find out what is causing the problem.
Thanks @Peter_S - much appreciated.
Hi @SarahNoakes @Peter_S @AnthonyJonesRSK @PierreloupDucroix @OpenDataCLE update on this: I am researching this with the platform support team and they are trying to see if this is a bug. I will update you all as soon as I get more updates.
I've had an update from ESRI UK saying the development team hope to have a resolution within the next few days 🤞
Thanks for the update Sarah, much appreciated.
