We have some sync enabled layers in a web map. These layers get updated frequently which I believe creates a new record on each update. As the data grows, so does credit consumption. We are not particularly interested in the historical data so it would be nice to remove the unwanted rows.
Question
Is there a method to delete retired rows in AGOL? Unfortunately, the Trim Archive History (Data Management) tool only supports datasets that are stored in an enterprise geodatabase.
As stated here https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/trim-archive-history.htm "Over time, the archive history of a table can grow exponentially as the edit history is maintained. This can affect storage and backup management decisions and may affect performance if the data outgrows the system in place."
Thanks for any advice.
