I seem to be having an issue that is either linked to this License issue or a similar thread I already created. I have been searching around and am not sure how to fix the -1 available License issue. This account is a free account that was created via the ESRI Developer Account.
In my Organizational Settings in Member Roles I only have one Admin listed. In the Organization Member Page its just me as user type creator and Role Admin.
Just not sure what I am doing wrong here….any and all help would be appreciated.
