Allow Cut/Merge operations when editing polygons across ArcGIS Online

We would like to perform "advanced" editing operations including (but not limited to) Cut & Merge when editing polygons using the edit widgets in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer and 4.x Web Apps including Experience Builder.

It will be fantastic to bring this level of functionality to ArcGIS Online users. The only way to allow ArcGIS Online users to simply cut a polygon in half at the moment is with the Edit widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, which we want to phase out.

How is it possible that this is still not implemented for Experience Builder. Esri please add this functionality! Please add it for polylines and not just polygons.
