Are these sessions going to be shared with the user community after the conference for people who can not attend?
I can't answer anything about what they may post free or not, but for you or anyone that is thinking about getting the full set of the taped tech sessions check out Welcome to Esri Online | Esri Online Cheaper than going to the conference, and easier to let others in the office watch vs. trying to recap from your notes.
BTW - I do not work for either party, nor do I get a commission, but do find it easier to rewatch/listen then trying to figure out my note, after trying to absorb all the info during the week. fwiw

I'm checking into what may be available to the public and will update this post when I have more information.

The majority of the Technical Workshops will be recorded and made available to purchase through a third party. A few (about 50) technical workshops will be chosen to be uploaded to the Esri video website, E380, which is available to the public. Slides from the Technical Workshops will be made available on the conference proceedings website after the UC.
Please note that the Road Ahead sessions (for Desktop, Server, Online, Runtime SDKs, Content, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, and Real-Time GIS) will not be recorded, so plan your UC agenda accordingly if you are interested in these sessions.
Thanks for the info about what is going to be recorded. It helps us get the most out of the Conference.
