Using the Network Analyst extension throught ArcGIS Online

Hi,

I was told that I can calculate service areas using my organization's ArcGIS Online account. However, when I log on, that extension does not show up as an option. Only the Details, Add and Basemap tabs are available. How do I calculate service areas using ArcGIS Online?

Hi Eva Weinstein ,

You need to log in to ArcGIS Online to see the analysis button appear. Also, you will need to add data to be able to perform the analysis. 

It is not an extension, you will see a button called "Analysis" that will provide access to the analysis tool:

When you are not logged in, you will not see this (and other) options.

I did log on as you specified below. The last tab you are showing “Analysis” doesn’t appear for me. FYI - I have a creator license.

Perhaps the administrator has not granted you the "perform analysis" privileges:
