I'm trying to find a complete street network for Nevada that I can use with Network Analyst. I used the one the came with my ESRI product, but the speed limits on all the highways was 35 mph, which is incorrect. I don't mind paying for a product as long as it's reliable. Any ideas? Thanks Becky

Have you checked the TIGER/Line files yet? I am not sure if they have speed limits, but it's worth a shot. You can navigate to them from here I believe:

EDIT: TIGER/Line data does not contain speed limits. Mike Price has an explanation of the data (at least Census 2000) here, from a 2009 issue of ArcUser: In the article he states that  "The Census Feature Class Code (CFCC) may be joined to the streets to obtain typical speeds." I'd give that a shot.
