I'm trying to find a complete street network for Nevada that I can use with Network Analyst. I used the one the came with my ESRI product, but the speed limits on all the highways was 35 mph, which is incorrect. I don't mind paying for a product as long as it's reliable. Any ideas? Thanks Becky

Have you checked the TIGER/Line files yet? I am not sure if they have speed limits, but it's worth a shot. You can navigate to them from here I believe: http://www.census.gov/geo/www/tiger/shp.html

EDIT: TIGER/Line data does not contain speed limits. Mike Price has an explanation of the data (at least Census 2000) here, from a 2009 issue of ArcUser: http://www.esri.com/news/arcuser/1009/networkstreets.html. In the article he states that  "The Census Feature Class Code (CFCC) may be joined to the streets to obtain typical speeds." I'd give that a shot.

Becky,

Take a look at this post: http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/51618-Network-Data-Set

There is a map package that covers the North America: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=f38b87cc295541fb88513d1ed7cec9fd
