I have a table with From- and To- addresses. Let's say there are 10,000 records in the table and each record has to be a different route. These addresses have already been geocoded. I'm new to network analyst and linear referencing. I have access to StreetMaps Premium 2013 but have no idea how to utilize it in this scenario.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A good first step would be to run through the Network Analyst tutorials, available here: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//00470000005r000000.  They will show you how to incorporate your StreetMaps Premium data and set up a Route or other analysis.  Post again if you have further questions.

Once you have run through the tutorial to understand the basics of using the streetmap data with the route solver then to do routing between pairs of points use the ROUTENAME property of the route sovler. To learn more about it, search the forums for this keyword as it has been discussed many times, e.g.,
