unable to connect to Portal. Data couldn't be read because it isn't in correct format

I can create a mobile map package in Pro and share it to my portal but when I try to connect Navigator app on my iOS phone to Portal, get the error above.  I could not get navigator registered in portal admin due to myesri site not having the correct drop down choices as directions indicated.  Any info is greatly appreciated

Hi Josh, I understand that you can now access the maps and license through MyEsri.  Please let us know if that isn't the case.

Hi Scott,

I do see "Additional Portal Products" but am unable to select a version as it is greyed out.  Tried it Chrome and IE but same effect.  Thoughts?  I'm using 10.4.1 Portal

Joshua, once you get your Navigator licenses ready, and provisioned, lets pick this up again.  

Brent Pierce‌ can you please add Joshua to the Explorer iOS beta, I likely will want him to try to sign into his portal with Explorer as well, for troubleshooting purposes.

Joshua, can you please email Explorer4ArcGIS@esri.com with an email we can associate with you to invite you to the Explorer Beta? (or give it directly to Brent if he reaches out)

Hi Heather,

Email has been sent to Explorer4Arcgis@esri.com.  I'll keep you posted once I get Navigator licensed in our Portal.  Maybe once that is enabled, I might be able to connect using the Navigator app.
