Hi @LouEarly,
Is this issue present on all components or just the component that you have pictured? If the former, please log into ArcGIS Monitor as an administrator and click Administration > Database and click "Run now" under "Data Retention Policy". Then, run one of your component's observers again and see if the chart is populated.

I am also experiencing the same issue with my deployment.
According to ESRI support this is a known bug and will be resolved with a patch to be released by the end of january 2024
I am also receiving these errors a few days post deployment.
Any update on this? Error is rendering Monitor useless at this point.
