When trying to register the Portal machine, I get a "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'version')" error. Nothing yet on the Google machine and not sure where to go. Same account used for all other machine in the environment. Have done the WMI steps and added user to Performance Monitor users....

Anyone have thoughts? Thanks

Not really sure why it didn't occur to me, but this is also the same error I got when my username and password was incorrect.

I had to use the portaladmin account that was created when it was first deployed.

Hey @EricJohnson-HDR

Would it be possible to test the firewall by temporarily disabling it? Other than that, you could add the ports for the Monitor manually through the advanced firewall rules.

It shouldn't be a port issue unless its using something other than 30443 to talk back to the Monitor host.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

Hey @EricJohnson-HDR

Should just be 30443, something else to test, what is the version of Monitor and Enterprise you are using? Inside of Portal Admin, is version filled in?

Hey @EricJohnson-HDR

Gotcha, are you able to see the version information I have in the last screenshot?

Hey @EricJohnson-HDR

My final idea before I say that ESRI support would be best would be to check the file in this location:
C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\etc -> config-store-connection.json

If you open up the config-store-connection.json, is the version information present?

Should show something like this:

I got that error too and for me it was wrong username/password.
