We are trying to register a Linux component with the host OS already upgraded to RHEL 8.6 version based on the recommendation.

After inserting the required fields and registering the component, we get the following error.

Cannot read properties of null (reading 'trim')

agp14v monitor register error.png

Kindly advise

Hi Abdur. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I'm going to follow up with you via private message to get some more information about your system.

Hi Josh

I am receiving this error when connecting to a linux CentOS variant container (turnkey linux) (may or may not be related).  Using username/password, not ssh. Works when connecting to ubuntu VMs.

Can you shed any light on the situation from your investigation 04-10?

Using ArcGIS Monitor 2023.1.

Thanks

Tom

Hi @GeoJosh

We upgraded our ArcGIS Monitor to 2023.1 and initially when we tried to register our Linux host we got the following error

ssh -G <domain-name-of-our-Linux-host>
'ssh' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Then we moved on and added other components and then tried again after refreshing the page and all. Then we got the following error

Cannot read properties of null (reading 'trim')
