Exact same command (parameters, username, and password) fails 1st time & succeeds 2nd timeI've noticed an issue with authentication in ArcGIS Monitor 2025.0.1 where the first attempt with valid credentials fails but the second attempt with the same credentials successfully authenticates.
I've seen it consistently both with re-registering Agents like in the screenshot above and in the Monitor Server login like in the screenshot below.
Inspecting the Network traffic, the token request (Request URL: https://agmserver:port/arcgis/auth/token) has the same payload for both the failed and successful request.
Is there a known issue that causes token requests to fail on first attempt?
