Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to somehow install the ArcGIS Monitor agent on ArcGIS Enterprise environments that are running on AlmaLinux 9. Fundamentally, they should be very similar to RHEL. When I try to run the agent install, I get OS not supported, even if I try to run it with the -h parameter to see if there are other parameters and flags I could potentially use.

Is there a way we can get past this? We have a number of servers in AWS that are running ArcGIS Enterprise components using AlmaLinux and it would be difficult and time consuming to migrate them all to RHEL.

Thanks!

Hi @AlexBakhtin ,

ArcGIS Monitor is currently supported in the versions listed here:

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/monitor/latest/install/linux/arcgis-monitor-system-requirements.htm

We have a current ENH to add more supportability on the linux side.

ENH-000179168 - Add supportability for ArcGIS Monitor in other distributions such as Rocky Linux, SUSE, Oracle Linux equivalent to what ArcGIS Enterprise supports.
