I notices some services are missing in arcgis monitor for my ArcGIS Servers,  And some services that have been deleted are still listed.  I am using 2023.3.1

I know when we add the Server, it pulls in all the services.

What is the process for refreshing these?  Can I manually add and delete them?

Ok, Esri Support tacked my issue, and I figured out where to run the Observers.

Apparently there is a known issue if in the Server Admin Usage reports there is a report with all numeric values in it's name, it fails to update, so we deleted that usage report, and like Magic started working again.

Thanks Josh for your help.

Hi @MichaelBartlett,

Services are automatically added and removed from ArcGIS Monitor by the ArcGIS Server Discover observer. Go to the ArcGIS Server component > Settings > Observers > Discover and try running it manually by clicking "Run Observer".

Hmm.  Can you send a screen shot, I don't seem to be able to find that.  However, I do see I am getting a bunch of errors in the logs.  So that might be why it isn't refreshing.

["New-CimSession : WinRM cannot process the request. The following error occurred while using Kerberos authentication:"]

An error occurred running the observer
