ArcGIS Server issue following patch install

I installed the 2023.3.1 patch successfully and without issue. Since the install I cannot connect to my ArcGIS Server? Nothing has changed, I am using the same account and URL to sign in. 

1. When I try and log in, I get: An error occurred running the observer   Undefined is not a function

2.  Interestingly, I can still see my Server logs, but I can't get metrics or discover to work

Can you please try the workaround posted by Josh described in this thread:

I believe it should resolve your issue.

That was it! I had 6 reports named with all numbers. Deleting them cleared up the error.
