We created a standard Azure SQL server and Azure SQL database. We installed ArcGIS Monitor agent on machine that can access the SQL server/database. If we try to register SQL server component in ArcGIS Monitor, then we get this error:

Version not supported. Found 12.0.2000. Expected minimum 13.0.0

We have tried to go to a newer Azure SQL server/database version, but there is no newer version in Azure? Azure SQL server/database says it's using 12.0.2000, but it always runs on latest version of SQL Server (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/929704/which-version-of-sql-server-is-currnetly-...). So we feel this is a bug in ArcGIS Monitor, that it can't connect to latest Azure SQL Server.

Does anyone know how to fix this error, or can ESRI help to fix it if it's a bug?

Hello David

Yes this is a known issue and the ArcGIS Monitor team has been made aware of the problem
Not sure if this issue will be addressed in the next patch but fingers crossed!
