Need a document view, while editing a text box

Looking for ideas, I am about to launch a Survey123 that will have an option to ADD a detailed explanation of events (TEXT BOX). This will go into a weekly report but before we submit, we as a team review the entries and make changes or updates.

Currently, we are using a WORD.DOC on a shared drive. My current plan is to pull the data from the Layer, into an excel file into an Access Database to generate the report. I realize this is wonky but the people who want the report do not have access to AGOL and they might want to query for specific terms.

I would like to view the explanations, which could be a paragraph in length in AGOL, make edits and then do my exports, however, I cannot create a view in AGOL that shows the entire text... any ideas?

I think I could create a dashboard that would show the text in its entirety, but could I edit from the dashboard?

Dashboards does now allow for editing. However I think you are going to run into the same issue that there is a single line not a multiline box for editing. Same with the native edit widget in EB.

Have you considered a secondary Survey123 form to review and update that field?

I have not thought about a secondary form, but I am not against it... would the Survey123 be able to access the Original?

So the Original would be Engagements, A fast down and dirty, with a field for Weekly Update. So could I have author open UpdateEngagements  and easily navigate to the Survey123 that needs to be updated?

I still run into the problem of everybody being able to view at the same time. I thought I was headed in the right direction to bring the Survey123 into Experience only to find out that if the Survey123 is created in Connect you cant bring it in

Should be able to,  You would probably want to configure an instance name for identification in the inbox. And then in your second survey point the submission url to the original feature service. Taking care to use the exact field/grouping/repeat names as your original/feature service.

You can bring in a survey designed in Connect, it just uses the web version of the survey, so it make look and function slightly different if you designed for the field app.
