Getting an error after creating a new investigation in Knowledge Graph

Hello,

I am trying to create a new investigation but as soon as I create a new investigation in Insert > New Investigation it gives the error : 369098857
unregistered scheme (STORE routines) . 

When try to load data (tried both file gdb feature class and feature service) using load table wizard, after running through all the different steps unable to load entities (count coming as 0)even the process shows completed.  Any suggestions?

ArcGIS Enterprise Version: 11.1

ArcGIS Pro : 3.5

I have this exact same issue so subscribing if a solution is found.

I am using 11.5 version in a dev/testing environment with self-signed certificate.

EDIT: It seems that this issue resolved for me after I imported the self-signed certificate used on the Knowledge Server site to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities on the machine where I am running ArcGIS Pro. @Reeti_05 maybe this could help you as well.
